SALON POLICIES For new clients, online booking is not available for extension and color appointments. If you are interested in our services, we kindly ask you to book an extension consultation first. To proceed, please visit plushhairsalonandspa.com and complete the new client consultation form.  DEPOSITS To secure an appointment for all services except color and extensions a deposit of $30 is mandatory. For initial extensions and color services a 50% deposit is required. Rest assure that the deposits will be applied towards your scheduled service. Please note the deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred with an additional fee and at least a 48 hour notice. Clients who fail to pay the deposit fee will not have their appointments booked  CONFIRMATION Once your appointment is scheduled a confirmation text and email will be promptly sent to you. We kindly request that you confirm your appointment to inform us of your intentions to arrive to your scheduled appointment.  LATE POLICY At our salon, we acknowledge that unexpected situations may arise before your scheduled appointment. Therefore, we provide a 10 minute grace period for clients. If you find yourself running late, we kindly request that you contact us promptly. However, please be aware that if you exceed a 15 minute delay your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. For appointments where clients fail to show up without prior notice, a 100% charge of the scheduled service will be applied to the card on file. To familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy. Please refer to the information provided below.  LOCATION Our salon is located on the second floor above David’s Natural Market. The elevator is located to the left side of Bliss Nail Spa. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment rescheduling. Such advance notice is greatly appreciated. For cancellations made on the same day as your appointment, an additional 50% cancellation fee of your scheduled service, or a forfeited deposit for extension and color services will be required. In the event of a no-show, a charge equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service will be applied. We ask for your understanding that, by booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to adhere to these terms of service and policies.
